Policies for Individual Reservations
Deposit
A deposit of 50 percent of your entire stay is required to hold a reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Deposit and payment must be made with one credit card per suite.
Cancellations/Refunds
The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date. This is for single suite reservations only. Guests are responsible for the entire length of stay reserved.
For reservations of two or more suites, we must be given at least 30 days notice for the deposit to be refunded. Guests are responsible for the entire length of stay reserved.
Check-In (3-6 PM) Check-Out (11 AM)
If you are arriving after 6:00 PM, please call us in advance to arrange for key delivery.
Early Arrival Fee - We must charge an early arrival fee for those who arrive before 3:00 PM.
Late Departure Fee - This fee will be applied to those who do not abide by the check-out time of 11:00 AM.
Minimum Stay
There is a two night minimum on all weekend rentals. Some three night rentals may apply at peak times. If available, a one night stay may be approved for last minute reservations.
Children
There is no charge for children under 12 months of age.
Non-Smoking
All suites and common spaces on the property are non-smoking. You may smoke outside your individual suite. A $200 deep cleaning fee will be applied for violation of this policy.
Pets
Sorry, but pets are not allowed. We love them, but, out of respect for current and future guests, we can't accept them. Any violation of this policy will result in a $200 deep cleaning fee.
