The Shenendoah Villas
Charmingly casual, these 2 bedroom, 2 bath villas work well for a couple or a group of up to 4 people.

Policies
- Two night minimum on all weekend rentals
- Some three night minimums may apply at peak times.
- A one night stay may be approved with a cleaning surcharge.
- Rates listed are per night and do not include local taxes.
- Limit of 6 people per Main Lodge Villa and 4 people per Shenendoah Villa. No additional charge for children under 12 months of age.
- Check-in is 3-6 PM. Please call if you plan a late arrival.
- Check-out is 11 AM.
- Weeks run from any days except Sat.-Sat.
- Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. An additional $200 will be assessed in violation of the smoking or pet policy.
Reservation Policy
- Deposit required is 50% of projected stay. Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is made.
Cancellation Policy
- A single villa reservation may be canceled up to 14 days prior to your stay, less a $50 reservation fee. Any cancellation within 14 days will choose a non-cancellable alternate date or the deposit is forfeited.
- Two or more reservations require a 30 day notice, less a $50 reservation fee per villa. Any cancellation within 30 days will choose a non-cancelable alternate date or the deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations affect us significantly due to our size; therefore we must adhere to this strict cancellation policy.
